I have my CX-5 serviced at this dealership. They have always delivered the car at the estimated time given. I appreciate the video walkthrough of my car’s needs and performance. Christina Malfucci is an awesome advisor. They have always been friendly and very professional each time I’ve been there. The service prices are decent compared to other dealerships.
This was a good experience --- I found the exact car I wanted in their inventory -- negotiated price entirely by phone and email -- ended up with a very good deal. When the car arrived -- I picked it up one morning and was in and out of there in under an hour. The finance person did try and sell me their extended warranties etc, as they typically do, but was not pushy about it -- and the salesman, Joshua, treated me well.

People are great, but they're very expensive
After doing some research, I've decided to go with a Mazda and as soon as I walked into Tosca, for the first time, I might add, and sat down with Josh, I felt no pressure. He asked me what the most important things I was looking for and he took his time to explain the different trim levels and was patient, and once again no pressure whatsoever. Josh was very knowledgeable, and he created a very relaxing experience. Oh, and have a cup of Joe, it was excellent.. I would definitely recommend Tosca.
Courteous and prompt service
Christina was very polite, professional and attentive. She was able to give me clear information about my repairs, answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.
I went to the dealership today to see a car online. I was met with a salesman who could not locate the car. After providing the stock number from internet car was there. I test drove car upon return the salesman had no price for the car. This number was already posted on the internet so I said give me your best price. Check in was easy and quick. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable waiting area (recently renovated) and reasonable wait time. 90 min always seems long for basically just an oil change but they did do a thorough check of the brakes/etc also, so it was fine.
