I went to the dealership today to see a car online. I was met with a salesman who could not locate the car. After providing the stock number from internet car was there. I test drove car upon return the salesman had no price for the car. This number was already posted on the internet so I said give me your best price. Shortly after he came back with a price higher then already posted on internet. After informing the employee of such he said that was the best he could do. Well I walked out I will not be part of some bait and switch or fooled by these salesperson. Funny enough the manager tried to call and say prices change daily! But the reviews speak for themselves!
This was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. From the salesperson to the managers (two or three of them got involved), every step felt like they were trying to manipulate me and take advantage wherever they could. Instead of being straightforward and respectful, they played games and wasted my time. I finally just walked out and left them talking to each other — that’s how little trust and professionalism they showed. If you value honesty, transparency, and respect, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Put a deposit down on a car and they sold it out from under me. Bait and switch. It's not a reputable dealer. Beware.
I had a great experience with this dealership. They were super accomodating. Called about a vehicle I saw online and was assisted by Jessica. She kept an open line of communication with me and promptly answered any question I had and met all of my needs during the process. The finance manager, Gabe, was just as helpful. Even needed some paperwork after I received the vehicle and he sent me everything I needed within a day. I am very grateful for my experience with buying my vehicle through this dealership. Due to a conflicting work schedule they even delivered the car right to my door. Would highly recommend!

After being royally screwed by a bait and switch at Mazda of New Rochelle I went to SC and was able to do a deal with no non sense. They could not believe what the other dealership pulled. The team was courteous, efficient and it also happens to be a much nicer facility. Highly recommend.
My husband and I went to buy a specific make and model that we saw online. A dealer approached us and asked if we had anything specific in mind. We told him exactly what we found online is the one we want. He searches on the computer and says it's not available, which is strange because my email correspondence with a manager said otherwise. Then he asked us why do we need a turbo engine anyways, were we planning on racing? My husband and I's jaws dropped at the sheer audacity of that question. I was visibly pregnant. Then he calculated the estimated monthly pricing and made it seem like we wouldn't be able to afford the car. My husband works for the FDNY making 6 figures and I'm a supervisor at a busy hospital in the city also making 6 figures. We were insulted. He gave us his card, told us to come back in a month, and we left. We felt pretty disrespected.
My wife and I started our car search at Smith Cairns and although we did not buy here, the personnel were very patient, helpful and informative. We would recommend this dealership to others without hesitation. They were transparent on pricing and inventory and set expectations clearly.
