I brought my vehicle in as my climate control valve had gone bad and it seems to be an issue with the cx5. Waited all day and thought I was getting my car at the end of the day but a mishap wit the mechanic couldn't finish flushing the system. To be fair they did give me a loaner and got my car back the next day. The only issue was I had to wait and ask several times after been told the car was ready for the first day but after I got my car back I opened the hood at home. And there was anti freeze spill ALL over my engine, staining most of the engine with a clear spill at the bottom of the car. . Now when the a/c blows it has a slight smell or maple syrup. They fixed the issue and the representative was nice but the back and forth communication at the end, and the massive anti freeze spill on the clean engine brought down my. Rating I have no choice as. This is the closest service I can go to with my schedule.

I want to say how easy it was to work with Tasca Mazda Yonkers . The new showroom is great . Although the parking lot was a mess due to the construction. Which is expected. Our sales representative Tyreq Tyler was a welcomed change from the usual high pressure sales techniques a lot of dealerships use. His no pressure sales approach was a hit with us . He was courteous and knows his product well. He was also super accommodating with answers to some questions I had after we had our test drive. Just to recap .
