Christina the Mazda service rep was great. Thorough and communicative. Kept me updated throughout my first service. I moved to the Bronx from Queens and had to move dealerships for maintenance so for my first oil change it was decent. They seem to be renovating their waiting area though so space was not great if you want to wait and work remotely. Other than that I’ll be back.


My first time there, I like the video diagnostic they sent me when they worked on my car.

Went to Tasca Mazda for my first car purchase. Gary made the whole process easy, enjoyable, provided great customer service and went over and beyond, explained everything. Him and other employees even went past hours to finalize my purchase, would recommend Gary and this dealership to everyone.

Cristina was absolutely great, she told me I could come right in with no appointment and she made the process extremely easy. They replaced my punctured tire very quickly.

Only routine maintenance done so far but they’ve been quick, pleasant and easy. This isn’t a criticism of Tasca, but Mazda doesn’t seem to be as communicative between dealerships as some other brands like Subaru, like when the battery wasn’t covered because I bought the car at Bay Ridge Mazda. The battery went bad at less than a year old. It should be guaranteed for 3 years, no questions asked.

Excellent service!

Everything went well they kept in touch with videos of the work and texts. The only downfall is that they never washed my car after it was there all day.

Service was excellent. Customer service is so good. Time for oil change, tire rotations and 1st year state inspection took a little over two hours. They do fine work!

The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. My car is always serviced in a timely manner.

I truly enjoy every time I visit Tasca Mazda. Garik was the first Sales Associate I met with and he was so patient and engaging. I drove away the next day with a new car. Very professional and personal place! Got my car fixed faster than expected so I didn’t even need to have a rental car (but it would have been provided if it did) nice coffee station and i was provided an uber home while my car was being fixed. Glad for he service!

I just bought a Mazda 3 sedan for my daughter today. I've gone to a lot of dealerships in my life, and this was by far the best experience I had. Mike and Roger were fantastic! There was no nonsense, gimmicks, and tricks. No one sat there wasting my time wearing me down with unnecessary questions. I told them what I needed and they delivered! The pricing was fair, transparent and they negotiated respectfully. Highly recommend you try them out! I hope their service department is just as good. Will keep you posted.
