Me and my wife had an excellent experience with the dealership. The staff was always friendly and Gary was an amazing salesman as we felt no pressure at all in making our decision for our new Mazda CX-50. He definitely has passion for the brand and great knowledge of it. He was helpful every step of the way and Everton was a great help as well with the financing. Their patience and professionalism were appreciated and I would recommend anyone to visit here if interested in a new car.

This day and age....I agree with the necessity of technology/ especially when automobiles are concerned....my wishes and needs when it boils down to wheels are very Very Very simple... I'm in service my entire life and career... I was told...never let the customer come in and made to make decisions....I.e....... I have my CX-5 serviced at this dealership. They have always delivered the car at the estimated time given. I appreciate the video walkthrough of my car’s needs and performance. Christina Malfucci is an awesome advisor. They have always been friendly and very professional each time I’ve been there. The service prices are decent compared to other dealerships.
This was a good experience --- I found the exact car I wanted in their inventory -- negotiated price entirely by phone and email -- ended up with a very good deal. When the car arrived -- I picked it up one morning and was in and out of there in under an hour. The finance person did try and sell me their extended warranties etc, as they typically do, but was not pushy about it -- and the salesman, Joshua, treated me well.

People are great, but they're very expensive
After doing some research, I've decided to go with a Mazda and as soon as I walked into Tosca, for the first time, I might add, and sat down with Josh, I felt no pressure. He asked me what the most important things I was looking for and he took his time to explain the different trim levels and was patient, and once again no pressure whatsoever. Josh was very knowledgeable, and he created a very relaxing experience. Oh, and have a cup of Joe, it was excellent.. I would definitely recommend Tosca.

Check in was easy and quick. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable waiting area (recently renovated) and reasonable wait time. 90 min always seems long for basically just an oil change but they did do a thorough check of the brakes/etc also, so it was fine.
