I like taking my Mazda to get serviced here better than any of the other Mazda service locations because they’re more attentive and detailed at this location. Christina is super helpful in explaining the diagnostics and works with you in prioritizing what repairs should be performed first. I 100% recommend others to bring their Mazda here to get serviced. All the staff here is friendly, including the manager who is always willing to help.

This was a good experience --- I found the exact car I wanted in their inventory -- negotiated price entirely by phone and email -- ended up with a very good deal. When the car arrived -- I picked it up one morning and was in and out of there in under an hour. The finance person did try and sell me their extended warranties etc, as they typically do, but was not pushy about it -- and the salesman, Joshua, treated me well.

After doing some research, I've decided to go with a Mazda and as soon as I walked into Tosca, for the first time, I might add, and sat down with Josh, I felt no pressure. He asked me what the most important things I was looking for and he took his time to explain the different trim levels and was patient, and once again no pressure whatsoever. Josh was very knowledgeable, and he created a very relaxing experience. Oh, and have a cup of Joe, it was excellent.. I would definitely recommend Tosca.
